Vīnogas tiek rūpīgi novāktas ar rokām, atlasot tikai labākās ogas vīna gatavošanai. Buķetē dominē eksotiski citrusaugļu aromāti ar ābolu, bumbieru un vaniļas notīm. Rekomendējamā pasniegšanas temperatūra 8-10°C. Vīns ir izturēts jaunas ozolkoka mucās un vēl 6 mēnešus uz nogulsnēm. Lieliski saderēs ar pastēti, kūpinātu zivi, jūras veltēm un jēra gaļu.
