Taste: The taste is dominated by ripe yellow apples, tropical fruits - melons, sweet gooseberries.

Smell: The aroma is dominated by green, yellow apples, tropical fruits, peaches and honey notes.

Description: Inniskillin ‘ice wine’ grapes are hand-picked in December, when the berries have a very high sugar and acid content. During harvesting, the grapes are frozen. Inniskillin harvests its grapes at a temperature of -10 oC. The yield of Icewine grapes is very low, only 5–10% of the normal harvest. The wine is matured in French oak barrels, resulting in a dessert wine with a rich and tropical aroma, which retains great acidity.
